The Park that taught me LIFE!

After a long time I went to my childhood park, and saw the old see-saw, swings and the 2 slides, one higher than the other

And as I sat and watched the kids enjoy each of it, I realized one’s grooming for life had already started

Yes, I saw 2 kids enjoy the see-saw going up and down, each kid pushed harder to go up as they were down. The ups and downs in one’s life is no different

Learning: Success and Failures are part of life, enjoy the failure, you shall enjoy the success even more

Next I saw is the swings, some kids got a push from their loved ones and some struggled  to start on their own, but after the initial hurdle they all took off…yes they came back but only to go back higher. The more they freely opened their arms to the world, the more they enjoyed the ride

Learning: Some need a push, some don’t. But once you’re set for the flight… there’s nothing that can stop you… the more you accept things with open arms, the faster and higher you go in life

Finally I saw the 2 slides, my favorite ride in the park, interestingly I noticed, kids spent a decent time climbing up the slide for a joy ride of 2-3 seconds, but they kept doing it and kept enjoying the ride. I also noticed few kids who tried to take the easier way by climbing the slide from the front itself but majority of them slipped and slid down. In fact some of them who still managed to reach the top quickly from ahead had to come down, as the kids who came the hard way up kicked them down

Learning: hard work always pays off… victories are sweet n short… but its so nice that you like to work harder. There might be quite a few who might take the short cuts and reach on top… but it takes little time to slip down and hence the hard worker will always be on top

In fact I also noticed, the kids who enjoyed the slide, started climbing the higher one and enjoyed the ride even more

Learning: Success syndrome is important. Challenge yourself more and enjoy the success even more

Interestingly it was all there, something that I had done ‘n’ number of times. It was only today that the park had taught me LIFE!
